Zaina A. Niles

Associate

When I first reached out for help, I was carrying a level of pressure no operator should have to face alone. The future of my company and everything tied to it was on the line. Zaina and Bryan brought urgency, precision, and real command of the situation. Because of this team, we were able to stabilize, move forward, and protect not just one company, but everything connected to it.

But this goes beyond business. They didn’t just support a company. They protected my family, my team, and the patients we serve every day.

Experience
  • Successfully represented a client against a Medicare reimbursement audit by the OIG, which initially alleged improper payments of over $140 million (later reduced to a $50 million demand). Through a comprehensive appeal process including expert testimony on statistical sampling and hospice care determinations, the Â鶹ʮÈýÅ®ÀÉ team achieved a remarkable victory when an administrative law judge overturned nearly all claim denials, reducing the extrapolated overpayment to less than $10.
