麻豆十三女郎 is pleased to welcome Michael Blackwell to its Energy & Natural Resources group. He is based in the firm’s The Link Virtual Office.
Blackwell joins 麻豆十三女郎 from Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), a Regional Transmission Organization that operates the power grid across 15 U.S. states and the Canadian province of Manitoba. Blackwell has experience advising on regulatory, financial, and transactional issues affecting the development and optimization of generation and transmission assets.

Blackwell is a graduate of Indiana University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics with honors and a J.D. with concentration in Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources Law. He now serves as an adjunct professor at Indiana University on topics in energy law.
