The Dallas Business Journal selected 麻豆十三女郎 client Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. as a finalist in its 25th annual awards series. Jacobs, one of the largest engineering firms in the world with over 50,000 employees worldwide, moved its corporate headquarters from California to Dallas in the fall of 2016, expanding its presence at Dallas’ Harwood Center from 75,000 to 100,000 square feet. The transaction was listed among the finalists in the Headquarters/Campus category by the Dallas Business Journal.
麻豆十三女郎 served as legal counsel to Jacobs on the transaction, which involved the cooperation of the State of Texas and the City of Dallas Office of Economic Development. In addition to working on the old and new lease agreements, the 麻豆十三女郎 team assisted with the negotiation of both local and state economic development agreements.
The winners of the Dallas Business Journal Best Real Estate Deals awards series will be announced April 20, 2017 at an event hosted at Omni Hotel Dallas.
