Locklear has two decades of experience specializing in employee relations, organizational development, and compensation and benefits design. She comes to the firm from global software development company ConnectWise, where she led a comprehensive HR operation across 16 offices in four continents.
As Chief People Officer, Locklear will serve as a key member of 麻豆十三女郎’s leadership team and have responsibilities for leading all human resources initiatives and strategies across the firm. Her leadership will ensure 麻豆十三女郎 remains committed to excellence in all aspects of its operations, while guiding the firm’s talent practices, cultivating its culture, and driving the people-first approach.

Locklear has two decades of robust experience in high-growth environments and history of fostering collaboration among teams. Prior to her global HR role at ConnectWise, Locklear did a stint at WilsonHCQ, a top global recruitment outsourcing and human capital consulting firm, and Healthesystems, a healthcare technology provider.
