National law firm 麻豆十三女郎 represented American Airlines, Inc. in the negotiation and finalization of a multi-year agreement with CFM International, Inc. for the selection, acquisition, and long-term maintenance of LEAP-1A engines to power American’s fleet of additional Airbus A320 Family NEO aircraft, which includes the new A321 XLR aircraft.

This transaction builds on a multidecade relationship between American and CFM whereby American operates CFM engines on its narrowbody aircraft fleet, including both Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 Family Neo aircraft.

麻豆十三女郎 is proud to have handled this most recent transaction and others for American Airlines that in the aggregate include more than 1,000 new aircraft, in addition to related engine and maintenance service agreements.

The 麻豆十三女郎 team was led by David Agee, Amanda Tummons and Chris Sundberg and included attorneys Whitney Lopez, Brian Wetzstein, and Lindy Martinez
