麻豆十三女郎 served as seller’s counsel to Centerline Communications LLC in its sale to Audax Private Equity. The transaction took place in August 2021. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed and provided Audax with a controlling interest in Centerline, which was jointly held by Wincove Private Holdings and Stone-Goff Partners, among other investors, as a result of a 2017 buyout.
麻豆十三女郎 also served as co-counsel to Centerline on its August 2021 acquisition of Maicom LLC, a network infrastructure firm, from Luxembourg-based investment firm Heritage Holdings.
