National law firm 麻豆十三女郎 represented Bangert Computer Systems, a specialist in AI-enabled implementation and onboarding for construction financial management, in its sale to Sage (FTSE: SGE), a leader in accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses.
The acquisition brings Bangert's construction experience, implementation methodology and AI-enabled onboarding technology, including its proprietary AskRichard platform, into Sage to strengthen onboarding for Sage Intacct Construction.
